CAPTD is an AI-powered social media content generation platform operated as a sole trader business based in Ireland. By using this service you agree to these terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CAPTD. You are responsible for all content you upload or generate using this platform. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
Paid plans are billed monthly. All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire but are non-refundable once purchased. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
The free tier provides 3 generations per month with significant restrictions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.
Content generated by CAPTD is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and creative purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing it on any platform. Generated content is licensed to you for personal and commercial use — you retain full ownership of content you create using this service.
The CAPTD name, logo, interface, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. Content you upload remains your property at all times.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact us at captionflow.app@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and EU law, CAPTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at captionflow.app@gmail.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If you are an EU consumer you also retain the rights granted to you under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify existing users of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
